Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room I got was a bit cramped and oddly shaped, and the noise coming from the lobby was quite bothersome. On the bright side, I had a partial view of Resurrection Bay which was lovely, and the proximity to the bay and Alaska Sealife Center was very convenient.
Upon checking into my room, I found a workman's tools and a non-functioning door lock, which was disappointing considering the high price of over 300 USD per night. However, the room itself was spacious and had a decent included breakfast. There was limited closet space for a longer stay, but overall, the room was pretty standard for the brand.
The hotel was quite expensive at over $200 per night, which felt steep. Our room wasn't ready upon arrival at 5 pm and lacked thorough servicing during our three-night stay, with only bins being emptied once. The noise levels were noticeable, but the convenience of parking just outside our room was a plus.
